Community Parking Rules*

1. Do not block the sidewalk (Pedestrian Right of Way).
2. Do not park on the grass.
3. No Street Parking.
4. Overnight parking (9PM -7AM) in visitor spaces is not allowed without a permit.
5. No Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicles.
6. Operable Vehicles Only – Cars must be in working condition; no abandoned or non-running vehicles.
7. Valid Registration – Vehicles must have current (non-expired) license tags/registration.
8. No Resident Parking in Guest Parking

Permit Submission

1. Permits must be submitted no later than 9:30 PM.
2. Two weeks maximum term, with the possibility of extension based on availability & used weeks.
3. The HOA is not responsible for vehicles towed if permits are submitted after 9:30PM deadline.
